We know that Personal Training is not just about having someone with you at the gym, but it’s about making a positive contribution to your whole wellbeing.
One of our Personal Trainers will guide you through an initial complimentary 30 minute consultation to understand your current health and fitness levels and your targets. Your first personal training session will then be slightly longer than an hour and will consist of the following;
- Body weight
- Body fat composition
- Body measurements
- Blood pressure analysis
- Lifestyle analysis
- Short/long term goal setting
Training at Design 4 Life is always bespoke and tailored to your individual needs and can take place in the comfort of your own home or in a nearby park.
