Before your first personal training session I will book you in for a FREE consultation, this involves;
- Completion of Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire
- Completion of Lifestyle Questionnaire
- Terms & Conditions
- Fitness Check including Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Measurements, Body Fat %
- Discussing you targets and goals
1, 2 & 3 of these forms can be found under "FORMS" and completed before our first appointment
Once this has been done Trevor can design a programme that specifically suits your requirements, you are now on your way........
