Personal Training – “a person who works one-on-one with a client to plan or implement an exercise or fitness regime”
Personal Training is about staying motivated and achieving results within a given timescale. We at Design 4 Life realise that every client is different and therefore every program is tailored to the individual’s requirement, these requirements are identified at the initial consultation. Your Personal Trainer, is not just there at the gym for you, but will also guide you through your diet plan, goal setting and be there to motivate you when things get tough.
Training takes place in your home or in a local park whichever is required.
