Although this is a good guide be careful because if you are taking Vitamin or Multivitamins be careful as some can change the colour of your Urine for a few hours.

The above is a starting point for eating well and eating the correct foods. To use food to help lose weight then you will need to calculate how many calories you need, and then adjust your calorific intake below that number, depending on your weight loss target (generally between 250 – 500 calories less per day).
